What to include
Tell us your macOS version, GridLoupe app version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that reproduce the issue. If the app crashed, include a crash report if one is available. A screenshot of an error message can also help.
Your photos stay yours
You do not need to email private photos or image files to request support. Please send them only if you choose to and they are needed to explain the issue.
